We are in search of a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Ufa. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the solar industry and has no prior experience. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This role does not require any English proficiency, so it is open to non-native speakers as well. Accommodation will also be provided for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of solar panels
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during installation
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Indian nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities
- Must be willing to relocate to Ufa if not currently residing there

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
