Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional architectural designs for various projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and translate them into detailed plans and drawings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. This is a contract position that requires candidates to have their own visa. Fluency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements
- Create detailed architectural designs, including plans, drawings, and models
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet design requirements
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure project feasibility
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Revise designs based on feedback from clients or team members
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Candidates must have their own visa.
