Junior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work under the guidance of senior architects and designers to assist in creating innovative and functional architectural designs for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level designer to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers on design concepts and presentations
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and industry trends
- Prepare drawings and documents for client meetings and presentations
- Maintain project files and documentation
- Communicate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong design sense and understanding of design principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Experience with Revit or other BIM software
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Izhevsk
