English Tutor


We are looking for an experienced English Tutor to join our team in Shan, China. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individual or group lessons to students of all ages and proficiency levels. You will create lesson plans, provide feedback and assistance with homework, and track student progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the English language and teaching experience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual or group lessons for students of all ages and proficiency levels
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate different teaching methods
- Provide feedback and assistance with homework assignments
- Track student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student performance
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to non-native speakers
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with students of all ages
- Knowledge of different teaching methods and ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Valid work visa for China (visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate)
- Available to start immediately

Salary: $1700 per month (with potential for increase based on performance)

This is a contract position with the possibility of renewal.
