IT Manager
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our technology solutions are efficient, secure, and aligned with the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and networks within the organization
- Troubleshoot any hardware or software issues that arise and provide timely solutions
- Oversee data security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify potential opportunities for improvement within our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide support as needed
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure
- Knowledge of cybersecurity measures
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Izhevsk (open to candidates from other locations within Russia)
