Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Los Angeles, USA


A luxury hotel in Los Angeles is seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assisting with all guest inquiries and requests. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on local events, restaurants, and attractions
- Assist guests with luggage storage, deliveries, and other requests
- Handle currency exchange for international guests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Fluent English language skills required; knowledge of additional languages preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must have flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings

We offer competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus tips. This position does not include accommodation.
