Senior Architect


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Multan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction documentation. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all architectural standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow.
- Oversee the production of construction documents and monitor progress throughout the project.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is in line with the approved design.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects.
- Stay updated on new trends and technologies in architecture to incorporate into designs.
- Review and approve material samples, finishes, and other architectural elements.
- Ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

This position is located in Multan.
