Office Assistant for Contract Position in Sharjah
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant for a contract position in Sharjah, suitable for Indian nationals. This is a great opportunity for candidates without previous experience as English proficiency is not required. The main responsibilities of this role include performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording payments and invoices
- Handle any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No previous experience required
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any regional Indian language
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1700$.
Location:
The office is located in Sharjah. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
