We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine the exact boundaries, locations, and features of land or construction projects. You will use specialized equipment and technology to collect data and create detailed maps and reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of surveying techniques and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods such as GPS, total stations, or levels
- Gather data on land features including elevations, boundaries, structures, and utilities
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Verify accuracy of survey data through onsite inspections
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in surveying techniques such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Salary: 1400$ per month
