Facade Specialist
The Facade Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing facade systems for buildings in the city of Atlanta. This role requires extensive knowledge and experience in facade engineering, with a focus on sustainable and innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local building codes and regulations, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Design facade systems for new and existing buildings
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost estimates for facade projects
- Collaborate with architects to ensure that facade design aligns with overall building design
- Work closely with contractors to ensure proper installation of facade systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of existing facades and provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facade engineering/design
- Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
