Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial building structures and facilities. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that the design meets all functional and safety requirements. Your expertise in industrial design principles, building codes, and construction methods will be crucial in creating efficient and functional spaces. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in addressing any challenges that may arise during the design process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models for industrial buildings
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Review project proposals and provide feasibility assessments
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential constraints
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors during construction phase to ensure adherence to design specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent English language skills
Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Balzers (accommodation provided)
