Online Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Online Consultant to join our team in Karachi. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through online platforms such as chat, email, and phone. Your main goal will be to assist clients in making informed decisions and resolving any issues they may have with our products or services.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online platforms to provide product information, support, and assistance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries.
- Listen attentively to understand the client's needs and concerns.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our products or services.
- Resolve client issues by investigating the root cause and finding appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of all interactions with clients.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as chat, email, and phone systems.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field (preferred).

Salary: 1800$ per month

Location: Karachi (visa sponsorship available)

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as an online consultant or in a similar role.
