Senior Architect
The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design and construction of complex architectural projects in the city of Horsens. They will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to create innovative and functional designs that meet all project requirements and regulations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in architectural design, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct site visits and attend meetings to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design for commercial or residential projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements in Horsens.
Preferred:
- Experience working on sustainable or green building projects.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
- Fluency in Danish (not a strict requirement).
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
