Merchandiser for Retail Store in Horsens, Denmark


We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our retail team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating an attractive and organized store layout, selecting and displaying products, and monitoring inventory levels. Your role will contribute to the overall success of our store by ensuring that products are visually appealing and easily accessible for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight new products, promotions, and seasonal items
- Regularly review inventory levels and order new products as needed
- Collaborate with buyers to select the best products for the store based on customer demographics and trends
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly labeled with accurate pricing information
- Keep track of product performance and make adjustments to displays as needed
- Train and supervise other merchandising staff members

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field
- Strong understanding of customer preferences and buying habits
- Excellent eye for design and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with inventory management systems is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid biometric passport or ability to obtain one
