We are hiring an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and sales. Your main goal will be to attract and retain customers through effective merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies in alignment with company goals
- Create attractive product displays that highlight key features and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company standards for visual presentation, inventory management, and pricing

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry (minimum 2 years)
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and retail strategy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and store staff
- Proficient in using data analysis tools to track sales performance and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset for visual merchandising
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends as needed

Salary: 1800$ per month
