We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As the primary operator of construction equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, you will play a crucial role in completing various projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Work closely with team members to complete projects on time
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and instructions
- Physical strength and stamina for operating heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Willingness to work irregular hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Certification or formal training in heavy equipment operation
- Fluency in Danish or other Nordic languages
