Seasonal Restaurant Manager

As a seasonal restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Manama. This is a temporary position that does not require prior experience, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. Your main duties will include supervising and training staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing inventory and finances.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations during the busy season
- Train and supervise staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Manage finances, including budgeting and cost control measures
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review progress and address any concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is preferred but not required
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and staff members
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure during busy periods
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service industry

Salary:
The salary for this seasonal position is $1600 per month.
