Plasterboard Worker

A reputable construction company in Washington is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboards on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to blueprints and specifications. This position is open to Nepali candidates without the requirement of English proficiency or prior experience in the field. We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month with no accommodation provided. However, candidates must have a valid biometric passport for employment. Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine layout and dimensions
- Measuring, cutting, and installing plasterboards on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Applying joint compound or spackle over joints between boards to create smooth finish
- Sanding and smoothing out any imperfections on the surface
- Applying textured finishes or decorative coverings as needed
- Inspecting completed work for quality assurance
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Must be a Nepali national with a valid biometric passport
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination for precise work
- Good time management skills
- Previous experience in plasterboarding is preferred but not required
