Network and Systems Administrator


We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Braga. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and upgrading our organization's network and computer systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support to end-users
- Ensure security of network systems by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures
- Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency
- Perform regular backups and updates to ensure system reliability
- Install software and hardware upgrades as needed
- Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and recommend new technologies to improve network performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, LAN/WAN networks, etc.
- Familiarity with security protocols such as firewalls, VPNs, encryption methods
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in identifying and resolving technical issues
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Experience working in an international environment or with multicultural teams
- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/MCSE
