Junior Computer Support Specialist

As a member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance to our clients, troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, and ensure that all computer systems are running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems
- Communicate with other members of the support team to escalate complex issues
- Keep accurate records of all support activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Copenhagen (accommodation not provided)
