Handyman



As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. Your main duties will include carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. You must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess your own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Inspect properties regularly for any issues or damages
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Repair or replace faulty equipment or fixtures
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a related field
- Possess your own visa (non-sponsored)
- Good understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is preferred
- Ability to use various hand tools and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor

1500$ per month
