Moderator for International Online Community (Beer-Sheva, Israel)


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Moderator to join our international online community in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on our platform, ensuring a safe and positive experience for our diverse community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for promoting cultural understanding and respectful dialogue.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or violations to the appropriate team members
- Foster a positive and inclusive community by engaging with users in a respectful and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for maintaining a high-quality online community

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience moderating online communities or managing social media accounts preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations and handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is an asset

Salary:
Starting salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Beer-Sheva, Israel. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in the area.

Note: This position is open to all nationalities.

Experience Level:
Entry-level/Freshers welcome.
