English-Speaking Moderator for a Multinational Online Company in Beer-Sheva

We are looking for an experienced English-speaking Moderator to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content on our online platform. This role is suitable for men with a biometric passport from Egypt.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online platform according to company guidelines and policies
- Review flagged content and take appropriate action, such as editing, removing, or escalating to higher management
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to improve moderation processes and guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in content moderation, preferably in an online environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Accommodation:
We provide accommodation for our employees from Egypt who do not have residency in Israel.
