Carpenter - Nizwa, Oman


We are currently hiring for a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This position requires someone with experience in carpentry and the ability to read blueprints and follow verbal instructions.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Follow blueprints or building plans to meet the needs of clients
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware using carpenter's hand tools and power tools
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools or power tools
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow safety procedures when operating equipment and working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow verbal instructions
- Proficient in using hand and power tools including saws, drills, and sanders
- Skilled in measuring and cutting materials accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials when needed
- Attention to detail with good time management skills

Salary: 900$ per month

Location: Nizwa, Oman
