Mechanic Technician

Our automotive repair shop in Pula is seeking a skilled Mechanic Technician to join our team. As a Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues, performing regular maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our customers' vehicles. We are looking for candidates with a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
- Inspect vehicle systems including brakes, engines, transmissions, etc.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify problems and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's needs
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive repair or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics including engines, transmissions, brakes, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
- Must have own tools and valid driver's license
