We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. The ideal candidate must have experience in using various carpentry tools and techniques, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalk lines, etc.
- Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand tools or power equipment.
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, etc.
- Follow blueprints or other specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects or damages.
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged parts or reinforcing weakened areas.
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects within deadlines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
- Proficiency in using various carpentry tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with others effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements:
- Previous work experience in construction projects is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations is an added advantage.
