Surveyor - Real Estate Surveying and Mapping Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed maps and reports for real estate projects. You must have extensive experience in surveying techniques, as well as knowledge of relevant software and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques such as GPS, total station, and laser scanning
- Analyze survey data to prepare accurate maps and reports for real estate projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of buildings and infrastructure
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and GIS to create detailed maps
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of land surveying laws and regulations
- Ensure all surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment including GPS, total station, and laser scanning tools
- Experience with AutoCAD and GIS software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
