Surveying Assistant

We are a reputable surveying company based in Akron, seeking a Surveying Assistant to join our team. As a Surveying Assistant, you will assist in conducting land surveys and collecting data for construction, mapping, and other projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and maintaining survey equipment
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques
- Record and collect data on site using measuring tools
- Assist in creating maps and drawings based on collected data
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Maintain proper documentation of all surveys and data collected

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Previous experience in surveying or construction field is a plus
- Familiarity with survey equipment such as total stations, laser levels, GPS systems, etc.
- Proficient in reading maps and blueprints
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to use measuring tools accurately
- Physical ability to work outdoors and carry heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Salary: $900 per month

This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods of time. We are also open to providing visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
