We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machines and be able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. The primary responsibility of this role will be to set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to job instructions and technical drawings
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while working under pressure
- Knowledge of programming languages used in CNC machining is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
