Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our fast-paced team in the United States. As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and scope of work
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Monitor progress of construction activities and ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, management, and team members
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the US
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1200 per week for this position.

Location:
This role is based in the United States.
