Part-Time Merchandiser

As a Part-Time Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed and stocked in an attractive and organized manner in designated stores in Roskilde. You will work closely with the merchandising team to implement strategies and plans to increase sales and promote brand awareness. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a passion for retail and merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Visit designated stores in Roskilde on a regular basis to check product displays and inventory levels
- Ensure that all products are accurately priced, labeled, and stocked according to brand standards
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and drive sales
- Collaborate with store managers to identify opportunities for improved merchandising strategies
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and promotional strategies
- Report on sales data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Communicate effectively with the merchandising team to ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across all stores

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or visual merchandising roles
- Strong knowledge of product placement, display techniques, and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store managers and staff
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings or weekends if needed

Salary: 1500$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)

Location: Roskilde, Denmark (candidates must have own visa/work permit)
