Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. This role will involve performing various administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing calendars, and organizing documents. Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required
Salary: $1400 per month
