Job Title: Loader Operator



A reputable construction company in Multan is seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment to load materials onto trucks, move dirt and debris, and assist with various construction tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including loaders, bulldozers, and excavators
- Safely load materials onto trucks or move them to designated areas
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Inspect equipment before each use and report any malfunctions or damage
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to interpret project plans and follow instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month without accommodation. We offer competitive pay rates based on experience and performance.

Location:
This position is based in Multan, but we welcome candidates of all nationalities.
