Junior Barista


We are hiring a Junior Barista to join our team in Porto. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages to our customers. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages
- Ensure quality control by following proper measurements, recipes and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies as needed
- Assist with inventory management
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
- Passion for coffee and the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
