Barista - Coffee Connoisseur


We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Porto! As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages for our customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service while showcasing your expertise in coffee making. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate coffee lover to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more
- Ensure the quality and consistency of each drink served
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one
- Passion for coffee and willingness to constantly learn about new trends in the industry

Salary: 1200$ per month.
Location: Porto, Portugal.
