Preservation Architect



We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Utena, Kenya. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting site assessments, creating preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and techniques, as well as experience working with historical structures. A degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.

This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own accommodations in Utena or be willing to relocate.

We welcome applicants of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Kenyan candidates. Fluency in English is required for this role.

As preservation work often involves working with delicate materials and structures, attention to detail and precision are crucial qualities for this position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about preserving history and has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
