Construction Manager - Mombasa, Kenya

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Mombasa, Kenya. This includes planning, coordinating, and implementing construction activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Oversee budget and cost management
- Source and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1300 per month
