Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Mombasa. Your main duties will include managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and managing a team of workers.
To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as a Construction Manager and possess strong leadership skills. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. A biometric passport is preferred for easy access to construction sites.
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee a team of workers and delegate tasks effectively
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport (preferred)
