We are searching for a capable and experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee our company's technology operations in Braga, Portugal. As the Contract IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's overall objectives
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Identify areas for improvement within the IT department and implement necessary changes
- Supervise a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions for the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or related position
- Proven experience in managing IT projects and implementing new technologies
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and database management systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Experience working with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets

Our company offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for our employees. This is a contract position with the opportunity for renewal based on performance.
