We are a leading construction company in Dubrovnik, Croatia seeking an experienced Puncher to join our team. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes and notches in metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate punch press machines to punch holes and notches in metal parts
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Puncher in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with various types of metals and their properties
- Physically fit with ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. This position does not include accommodation, so the candidate must have their own housing arrangements.
