Junior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work under the guidance of experienced architects and designers to assist in the development of architectural plans and designs. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone without experience who is eager to learn and grow in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating architectural plans and designs according to project specifications
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop creative solutions
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct site visits and assist with measuring existing buildings or spaces
- Prepare presentations for clients, including 3D renderings and mood boards
- Assist in researching materials, products, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is a plus
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Los Angeles County is preferred but not required
- Fluency in languages other than English is a plus
