Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to potential customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Develop strategies to reach sales targets
- Keep track of sales data, including leads, deals, and activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
