Sales Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar
As a Sales Manager at our company in Al-Khor, Qatar, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive business growth and revenue. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our company's products/services
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management or similar role (experience in the African market is a plus)
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of market research techniques and strategies
- Willingness to travel for business purposes if required
