Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Only)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed their individual targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid biometric passport
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of Al-Khor market is preferred
