Baker in Bayan, Kuwait (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are a well-established bakery in Bayan, Kuwait and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Shape, proof, and bake breads and pastries
- Decorate and finish products with icing, glaze, toppings, etc.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Baker or relevant role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings as needed

Preferred Skills:
- Indian national with experience in traditional Indian baking techniques
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Experience working in a commercial bakery or hotel setting is an asset

Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position is 1500 USD per month. Accommodation will be provided. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for employment purposes.
