Entry-Level Floral Designer


As an Entry-Level Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral arrangements in line with our clients' preferences and requests. Your primary duty will be to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the quality of our products and services. You will also assist in daily shop operations such as processing orders, maintaining inventory, and keeping the shop clean and organized. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, basic design skills, and a passion for flowers. Previous experience is not necessary but is a plus. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in floral design.

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Wiltz, Luxembourg

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and floral design
- Basic design skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work creatively within deadlines
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (as required)
- Previous experience in floral design or retail (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:
- Create and arrange custom floral arrangements according to clients' requests
- Assist in daily shop operations including order processing, inventory management, and shop maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop at all times
- Stay updated on current industry trends and incorporate them into designs when appropriate
