Excavator Operator in Los Angeles, USA

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth or other materials. Your main duties will include inspecting equipment, maintaining and repairing any issues, as well as following safety procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Excavator Operator is preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repairs for equipment
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent attention to detail and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect equipment before each use and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow project plans and blueprints to perform excavation tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Adhere to all safety regulations at all times
