Job Title: Waiter/Waitress


We are currently hiring for a full-time Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team in Triesen. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations on food and beverage options
- Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset quickly for the next guests
- Handle payments accurately using a POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Must have own valid visa/work permit for Triesen or willingness to obtain one
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month with potential for tips based on performance.
