Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in the city of Esbjerg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and identify any issues or delays, taking corrective action when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review and approve construction drawings and specifications
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress
- Provide regular updates on project status to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of workers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month. This is a full-time position without accommodation. While this position is suitable for men based on our company's preference, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender.
