Our hotel in Horsens is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. Your main goal will be to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones, while also identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build relationships with potential clients through networking events, trade shows, etc.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports for management
